Sr. Specialist, Allocation & Replenishment, Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

Execute accurate products allocation to stores to achieve the assigned brand or channel financial target (NS, profitability, ST% and inventory) 

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Execute initial allocation to stores by working closely with pre-season team
•    Support supervisor to identify business opportunities based on stock, sell-through result and marketing calendar.
•    Track demands of inventory and weeks coverage to maximize product sell-thru
•    Work with SCM and wholesale teams on product delivery schedule 

•    Manage in season product viability and size viability
•    Conduct replenishment to reduce out of stock in store
•    Consolidate and review product performance on store level regularly and share with team on findings and recommendations
•    Track product launch by store, track results and implementation
•    Support supervisor to summarize and categorize issues identified in season for action plans
•    Analyse weekly sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to improve sell-thru result
•    Conduct allocation and on-time delivery of all assortments with SCM team
•    Closely communicate with store managers, operation teams for efficient trading like store to store rotation or bestsellers’ rotation Systems and Processes
•    Clear understanding Retail KPI and targets, buying strategies and GTM processes
•    Support in-season management and optimization SKU capacity by store level
•    Familiar with the RBO systems and tools

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•    Good business acumen and analysis skills
•    Interpersonal and communication skills (both internal and external)
•    Advanced skills in MS Office
•    Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
•    Result oriented
•    High execution ability and self-management
•    Fluent in English
•    Strong sense of Sports & fashion trends

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

•    University degree and/or commercial training in the area of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Sales are preferred.
•    Minimum 3 years of work experience in retail merchandising, buying, product or retails sales related field
