Management Trainee

PURPOSE:

adidas Management Trainee Program is to provide the young talents the platform to grow as individuals and as future employees. The Program is a 24-month program with four 6-month rotation assignments. The change of function every six month offers the opportunity to get to know various functions, work in multinational teams, and develop detailed specialist knowledge while establishing an extensive network. In addition to on-the-job learning, the experience is infused with learning through others via an onboarding buddy and senior mentor, project exposure as well as interesting Training & Development courses throughout the duration of this experience.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related disciplines with strong academic record
  • With 2-3 years practical experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English (written & verbal)
  • Passion for sports
  • Good team player
  • Business Acumen and intelligence
  • Growth mindset
  • Attention to details

(You will also have the opportunity to rotate in Buying/Merchandising teams.)
