Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Ensure industry-leading visual merchandising planning of all adidas campaigns throughout Emerging Markets Own Retail and Franchise channels. Drive brand leadership at every consumer touch point, to maximize full-price sell-through and NPS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Brand and DTC stakeholders to create market relevant and industry leading visual merchandising directives and plans.
  • Ensure VM directives are delivered to the highest quality and on time and in full.
    • Assist in the creation of consistent and relevant VM seasonal guidelines and training manuals.
  • Execute and leverage key category strategies for seasonal and new product launches.
  • To elevate the VM and consumer journey by identifying digital opportunities and key focus areas (heat maps).
    • Assist in the planning of VM and consumer journeys for new store openings.
  • Implement processes to drive efficiency and consistence at market and cluster level.
    • Support the ideation and creation of elevated retail activations.
    • Department administration.
    • Creation of reports and analysis of campaign executions.
    • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs.
    • Additional responsibilities over and above this job description as and when the business needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in visual merchandising, trade marketing in the sport or fashion industry.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Detail oriented, organized and dynamic.
  • Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop skills a bonus.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Good Project Management expertise.
  • Functional experience with Sales/Retail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience and passion for a cross-functional organization.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business with marketing focus or a minimum of 3-4 years in Marketing, Sales, Visual Merchandising in sport or fashion retail.
  • Fluent in English.
