Talent Pool - Temporary Customer Service Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a number of permanent and 12 month temporary Customer Service Specialists within our Customer Service Department. If you wish to apply, please indicate in your application whether you wish to be considered for a temporary or permanent opening (or both!). 

 

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To deliver world class customer service, working in partnership with the sales organization and key departments across Europe in order to achieve the company strategic business plan.


Key Responsibilities:  

•    Provide excellent service to your internal partners, sale account(s) be an expert in relation to their complexity of processes and specific requirements
•    Ensure all orders are processed in full and on time, working closely with Sales and in line with all current business processes and initiatives. 
•    Collaborate with internal partners to ensure excellent order book integrity from order entry through to invoice. 
•    Produce, analyse and interpret data and reports in line with business requirements
•    Understand and be sympathetic to the customer requirements for all centralised tasks whilst ensuring efficiency and automation
•    Maximise additional business opportunities by working with sales managers and customers 
•    Ensure a full understanding of all current centralised processes. Display the flexibility to ensure team responsibilities are fully covered as demand varies.
•    Challenge working methods and practices and propose practical solutions
•    Act as departmental champion for assigned tasks/objectives, updating the wider team.
•    Support the implementation of key business initiatives and provide feedback for further development.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal and external partners
•    Be a positive and influential team member. 
•    Help to induct new starters to the team supporting training plans and ensuring all processes are documented. 
•    Strive to exceed all KPI’s and take ownership of your own personal development. 
•    Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant products, technologies and processes

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    A strong Customer Service focus

•    SAP experience

•    A high level of problem solving ability
•    Highly developed orgnisational and time management skills
•    Superior attention to detail and accuracy
•    Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop long lasting relationships with our key stakeholders
•    Ability to contribute to a team environment where performance is measured
•    Experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines and conflicting priorities
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential 
•    A flexible and mature approach is imperative

Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 
•    GCSE or equivalent level of education – Maths and English
•    At least 1 year experience in a role involving direct interaction with external or internal customers
