Team Lead SCM Master Planning (M/F/D)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Optimize & execute supply planning in line with customer requirements, supplier capabilities and company availability targets to service Global demand. Work across functions to solve planning related issues, identify and mitigate potential delays.
Lead a team of specialist according to the adidas GBS culture and strategy. Assessing the team's needs and provide support accordingly. Drive and motivate to achieve operational goals and targets and develop the team's skills through the adidas performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute capacity distribution across markets within factories, considering the different supply models to service market demand.
- Support execution of level loading processes i.e. Make-to-Forecast (MTF), Pull forward process (PF) etc. to achieve availability targets
- Responsible for Master Data and planning parameters set-up to ensure correct execution of demand allocation and capacity distribution.
- Monitor critical products and technologies to support business needs and resolve constraints
- Support or lead system & process improvements through analytics and insights.
- Align cross divisionally/cross brand to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage a team between 5 up to max. 15 people, ensuring full responsibility for team performance and execution in accordance with defined KPI‘s
- Management of the team including coaching, training, and performance appraisal guidance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing development plans
- Support and actively participate in the recruiting process for own team
- Actively participate in the Employee Life Cycle, contributing with relevant inputs both to the management and the HR Team
- Prepare and support new team members functional onboarding and integration in the team and company culture
- Ensure good relationships with key stakeholders and the global functional Team
- Supervise the daily operations by adhering to the defined SLAs and ensuring that the team KPIs are maintained, achieved, and reported correctly and on a timely manner
- Handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues, as needed
- Identify and assess problems and provide potential solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various systems and tools and perform quality check on the work output of the team
- Perform or ensure day-to-day and period end processing responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards
- Monitor of work requests and allocation (ticketing and e-mails)
- During transitions: Ensure the necessary preparation and organization to receive and include new tasks or new work

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
- Proven work experience in people management / demonstrated ability to manage a medium-sized team
