Technology Consultant
Purpose

One of the major initiatives for adidas Performance Marketing next year will be Cookieless Future. As a Technical Consultant in this team, you are going to work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to efficiently provide the required capabilities and to bridge the gap between our tech team and 3rd parties, especially when it comes to Facebook APIs, Google APIs, Google Cloud (incl. Big Query) etc. In addition, you will also chime in when it comes to Product Feeds 2.0.
Tech Stack expertise
Required
• At least 2 years of experience with Google Marketing Platform APIs
• At least 2 years of experience with FB Business Manager APIs
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly Big Query, DataFlow, IAM , Cloud Functions, Cloud Run
• At least 2 years of experience with API, particularly REST API (design and consumption)
• Architecture - High level design knowledge, can take tradeoff discussions
• Experience with middleware technologies and building "sustainable bridges" between systems
Nice to have
• Experience with messaging systems – Kafka/Cloud Native
• Experience with Containers – Kubernetes, Dockers
• Experience with GraphQL (High level Knowhow)
• Experience with Graph APIs
• Experience with Google Merchant Center
Domain expertise:
Required
• Expert level knowledge of the topics related to Cookieless Future (e.g. ITP, ETP, iOS15 limitations, 1st/0 party data, etc.) and their impact on the business
• Hands-on experience with Tag Management (e.g. Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager) or Server-side tracking solutions and their impact on the e-com business
Nice to have
• Hands-on experience in advertising platforms / DSPs, such as Facebook, Google Ads and Google DV360
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing / performance media
• Hands-on experience with Digital Analytics (e.g. GA360, Adobe) solutions in the context of e-com business
