Manager Facility Management, Tianjin DC
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The main purpose of this role is to ensure smooth daily operations.
The DC Facility Management as representative of Ops, will work with Corporate Real Estate team, Finance, Procurement, IFM team and other related internal and external functions/aspects to work out proper maintenance & repair plan with NO impact to daily Ops, meanwhile monitor the daily facility, equipment, repair, maintenance and construction progress/quality and ensure to meet operations requirements.
This position needs to manage the outsourced vendor and work with them to ensure all facilities are under good condition to fully support DC daily operation without any issues in a cost-effective way.
Overall, this position needs to guarantee non-stop support to TJDC daily operations, continuously drive energy saving and green company execution with new ideas and initiatives, and ensure facility management are within budget with good quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies of various projects to determine the value of an investment and provide an cost-effective justification for capital appropriations.
- Develop maintenance plan so as to guarantee the facility under good condition.
- Responsible for TJDC related OPEX and CAPEX yearly budget, monthly budget forecast and responsible for monitoring the actual vs. budgeted cost, analyze and recommend cost saving methodology.
- Possess the knowledge of Ops processes in DC so as to cooperate with Ops teams to guarantee smooth operation without any issues.
- Discover potential opportunities in DC to improve energy saving and fulfil green company policy.
- Manage outsourced vendors to achieve company target in terms of energy saving and cost efficiency.
- Ensure smooth and sufficient communication with Ops to ensure non-stop support to daily operation.
- Maintain and manage relationship with local authorities, such as firefight etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Rich experience in managing big sites in the past 3-5 years. Manufacturing, property management and logistics industries are preferred.
- Working experience in multi-national company in the past 3-5 years is a must.
- Manager level working position in the past 2 years is a must.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English reading, speaking and writing competence.
- Stable personality, clear career plan and spirit developing with project together.
