PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

To execute with support from manager for profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key account(s)and categories while respecting the image of the adidas golf brands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the assigned account (s) internally as ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and help manage all interfaces
• Execute Strategic Account Plans developed by manager
• Develop Account Marketing Plans in align with customers responsible for and sell-in and sell-out plans based on the Plans, and execute them by obtaining approval by manager
• Responsible for the product of the Sales team, report the field site situation to the management team.
• Build strong relationships with account managers and engage in activities to obtain share from competitor brands.
• Maximize sell-in, based on the Account Marketing Plan by checking store sell-through weekly
• Collaborate with Brand coaches to provide in store POP and training for store staffs.
• Measure progress on own KPIs with support from manager
• Monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose, initiate, take necessary actions
• Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
• Ensure customer compliance with agreements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Exposure: sports, sales, marketing either in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
• English:  Intermediate
• Japanese: Fluent
• Intermediate MS Office Suit

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
• 2-3 years’ work experience in sales and/or marketing.
