Talent partner/ talent manager in CIS

We are searching for Talent manager  adidas CIS (a part of a global team).


Main Responsibilities:

  • Actualize Assessment centers based on business needs. Organize assessments, improve the process to make them transparent for talents in adidas.
  • Support Performance evaluation process as an expert
  • Design and drive the implementation of management learning products and services on the market on the topics mentioned above
  • In cooperation with HR Partners ensure implementation of global core talent programs, approaches and solutions
  • Analyze business demands and consult HR Partners with tailored talent management solutions for the identified business demands
  • Analyze talent KPI’s and based on it offer possible ideas for improvement
  • In cooperation with the HR Partners co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. Team development workshops and assessments etc)
  • Conduct trainings to HR Partners and Line Managers around feedback and coaching.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in Talent management or relevant field
  • Upper-intermediate English level (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with key stakeholders and HR Partners
  • Advanced facilitation skills and strong internal consulting skills
  • Ability to analyze the situation and provide solutions, ideally Certified Coach
  • Program design skills with a proven track record
  • Ability to think and act strategically as well as operationally
  • Strong team player with relevant working experience in a global matrix organization
  • Articulate and clear in written and verbal communication; engaging presentations to large groups and teams. Provides ideas and thought leadership on people topics
  • Confident, creative and collaborative and role models this within the team, coaching others across the team
  • Strong Presentation to all employees including senior management and excellent networking skills
  • Consulting mindset with strong execution skills, ready to handle some tasks
