Retail Back Office Support BAL (part-time)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Supporting retail store operations through different specific tasks detailed below.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active participation in editing retail operations materials on ThinkTime Portal,coordinating and controlling the communication with the respective stores.
  • Close cooperation with District Manager and Store Managers (marketing, reporting, store visits, emails).
  • Coordination of VAT Invoice flow
  • Creating orders in internal systems (SRM; Ariba).
  • Occasional involevement in coordinating the production and installment of in-store communication materials
  • Involvement in supporting daily store operations, store openings and related procesescoordination
  • Participating in Store Manager meetings and trainings
  • Coordination of store operations compliance to company’s policy and procedures,communication with supporting functions
  • Translation of marketing materials to English and Lithuanian, coordinating thetranslations to Latvian and Estonian
  • Preparing consolidated weekly business reports coming from stores
  • Creating all retail related reports (Sell Out; article analysis etc)

  • Team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy especially MS Excel and Power Point
  • Advanced English and Lithuanian
  • Openness to travel within Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia (occasionally)

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Higher edication with focus on business administration, commerce or finance
