Working Student SPOMA EE

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Sport marketing intern is supporting sport marketing department in Warsaw with various administrative tasks and sport marketing activities and is responsible for daily tasks given by Sport Marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Ordering of promo materials/products. SAP usage
  • Helping with presentations and supportive materials for Sport Marketing Managers
  • Supporting Sport Marketing Managers with various operative and administrative marketing activities for Polish and Baltics market
  • Monthly analysis of respective data, gathering of reports & market updates
  • Invoice flow documentation within department
  • Communicating with external partners

    • Sport Marketing Managers

 

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

    • Industry: consumer driven, ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
    • Exposure: Advertising / Marketing
    • IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
    • Fluent English & Polish
    • Strong interest in sport required – especially in football
    • Good communication skills

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

Student of last years of business or physical education studies. Interest in sports & fashion industry will be an advantage.
