Director Order Fullfiment
Purpose and Overall Relevance to the Organization
Lead the Order Fulfillment function in Brazil, ensuring excellence in order book management, product availability and inventory productivity, with a strong focus on key performance indicators such as COTA, service level and inventory turnover.
This role is responsible for connecting global and regional Supply Chain priorities with the needs of the Brazilian market, promoting close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Supply and other strategic functions to support commercial execution and the achievement of Net Sales targets.
Reporting to the Senior Director Supply Chain Management, this position will play a critical role in defining the long-term vision of the function, transforming fulfillment processes and building an operation capable of supporting the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the end-to-end Order Fulfillment strategy, ensuring effective execution from purchasing and product availability planning through order book management, inventory allocation and delivery across all channels.

Ensure product availability and inventory productivity, balancing supply and demand, reducing stock-outs, excess inventory and obsolescence, and maximizing the use of the company’s inventory.

Lead the strategic management of the order book, establishing processes, governance and performance indicators that ensure accuracy, visibility, prioritization and execution discipline.

Monitor and drive the key performance indicators of the function, including availability, COTA, service level, inventory turnover, stock coverage, inventory aging and order fulfillment performance.

Act as the primary Supply Chain partner for the commercial organization, connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Product Supply, Inbound and other functions involved in business execution.

Ensure alignment between demand, availability and commercial priorities, influencing decisions related to purchasing, allocation, distribution and inventory deployment across channels.

Ensure operational readiness for product launches, campaigns and peak-demand periods, developing specific fulfillment strategies for major commercial moments, including the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Anticipate risks and opportunities related to product availability and inventory, providing scenarios, recommendations and contingency plans to senior leadership.

Influence strategic decisions in a matrix organization, representing the Order Fulfillment function in local, regional and global forums and ensuring alignment between commercial and operational priorities.

Lead transformation, digitalization and automation initiatives, simplifying processes, increasing data visibility and evolving the function from a predominantly transactional operation into a strategic business partner.

Strengthen cross-functional governance and accountability, ensuring clear ownership, agile decision-making and consistent follow-up of action plans.

Build a scalable and resilient operation, capable of responding to demand fluctuations, supply constraints and changing market conditions without compromising business performance.

Lead and develop the Order Fulfillment team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration, business acumen, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Experience managing performance indicators related to availability, service level, COTA, inventory coverage, turnover, aging and inventory productivity.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with significant exposure to Order Fulfillment, planning, inventory management, Product Supply or related areas.

Solid experience in leadership roles, including the management and development of teams and/or senior specialist professionals.

Experience defining and implementing Supply Chain strategies and leading process transformation initiatives.

Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders within complex and matrixed organizations.

Experience connecting Supply Chain, planning and commercial functions, with a strong understanding of financial and business performance indicators.

Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to interact effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience in retail, fashion, sporting goods, consumer goods or omnichannel operations.

Experience working within multinational organizations and structures involving regional and global stakeholders.

Knowledge of planning tools, order management systems, ERP platforms, data analytics and performance visualization tools.

Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
