Assistant Manager Digital Analytics x3

At adidas your role as an Assistant Manager Digital Analytics, where we have 3 openings across our Business Performance, Marketing or Experience Analytics teams, you will play your part in analyzing consumer shopping behavior within the adidas e-commerce, enabling our teamsto make decisions based on sales trends. You are supporting for reporting tools, KPIs, insights and measurement supporting several different teams in EU ecommerce team to take data-driven decisions. You will be working with multiple dashboards and data sets to report on and generate insights that help adidas understand how our business is performing – where do we have challenges and where do we have opportunities - to ultimately help drive sales.

You will be someone that is constantly curious, always asking the right questions whilst at the same time having a passion for data and uncovering insights about our business. This role has a great balance between data, business understanding and critical thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

 

Foundations & Automation:

 

  • Support in the automation of analytical data processes
  • Support in the process of a strong data quality and resolution of defects

 

Reports & Dashboards:

 

  • Build and maintain self-service data tools in Power BI to track the business performance
  • Support in managing backlogs for development and enhancements of our dashboards

 

Reporting & Insights:

 

  • Support in reporting on business performance during our commercial & campaign moments
  • Support in conduct deep dives into business problems and areas of underperformance
  • Identify opportunities
  • Understand the business data in the context traffic & conversion

 

Measurement:

 

  • Support team in sizing opportunities to drive business growth

 

Key Relationships:

 

  • EU e-commerce teams (Buying & Planning / Trading / Outlet / Digital Visual Merchandising / Finance / Analytics)
  • Global Digital Analytics
  • Global Data Engineering

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

Technical-Skills:

 

  • Experience in data manipulation using SQL
  • POWER BI or equivalent data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Adobe / Amplitude
  • Confident working with large data sets

 

Business and Communication-Skills:

 

  • Strong communication skills: ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Comfortable presenting to larger groups
  • Fluent in English

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree in a numerical/business discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus
