Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Fully support and drive Europe objectives, namely, to accelerate growth of the business conducted via its own eCom channels through:
- Translate the business’ strategy to the Paid Search channel and optimize Paid Search operational activities to establish the adidas e-Shop as the online destination of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input into the Paid Search strategy.
- Plan and manage Paid Search campaigns, which includes text and shopping, to meet KPI goals together with our media agency.
- Oversee and carry out scheduled and ad hoc tasks in order to help drive top & bottom-line growth of our Paid Search program to achieve sales, ROI and contribution goals.
- Work cross-functionally to create synergies and explore & exploit opportunities.
- Drive and implement testing on Paid Search activity to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements.
- Support with training & mentoring junior team members.
- Monitor Paid Search trends, best practices and techniques and understand the potential benefit of new features in the industry where possible.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with minimum 3 years Paid Search experience. (agency and client side a bonus).
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and SA360 is required; Adobe Analytics knowledge would be beneficial.
- Experience in planning large budgets split across multiple markets, engines and campaigns.
- Understanding of attribution modelling is valuable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships.
- High attention to detail; strong analytical skills and excellent organizational & planning abilities.
- Proficient in written & spoken English, an additional European language is beneficial.
