Assistant Offsite Manager Global SEO
General Purpose
As an Assistant SEO Manager, you are responsible for executing and implementing effective SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth. This role requires a passion for SEO and a proven track record in operational execution of SEO, delivering tangible results through successful collaboration and implementation. As part of a core SEO team, you will contribute to impacting and supporting best-in-class SEO strategies. You will work with internal and external partners to grow organic traffic and present the impact of your projects to wider stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Work with internal teams and external partners to develop and action on digital strategies that drive organic traffic growth.
- Secure high-quality backlinks through effective outreach and collaboration with partners.
- Manage stakeholders and seek buy-in for the off-site strategy.
- Facilitate, implement, and manage diverse, high-volume link acquisition campaigns with marketing teams.
- Proactively research, prospect, and qualify new opportunities for link acquisition.
- Systematically analyze the off-site strategies of key competitors, documenting successful link acquisition methods, content assets, and authority gaps to inform and refine operational tactics.
- Create framework documentation and resources to guide and inform stakeholders in best practices.
Performance & Optimization
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and areas for efficiency improvement within the link acquisition framework. Propose and test new tools, processes, or automation to increase yield.
- Conduct outreach asset optimization testing and learning to increase placement rates and adoption efficiency.
Analysis & Reporting
- Routinely collate, prepare, and present detailed reports on off-site performance metrics.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data pulled from SEO tools and internal tracking platforms, maintaining a reliable source of truth.
- Using search data to create insights that guide decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary operational point of contact between the Global SEO team and other teams to strategically align schedules with link acquisition efforts and maximize asset visibility.
- Drive organic growth by executing off-site SEO strategies in alignment with PR teams.
- Collaborate with and advise relevant teams on opportunities based on data and research, identifying high-quality and high-value links in the industry.
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with teams and cross-functional peers, educating them on best practices in off-site SEO and domain authority growth.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, ideally within a global brand or digital agency.
- Experience in digital marketing and eCommerce.
