INTERN  BUYING ECOMMERCE 

JOIN OUR BUYING TEAM

As part of the EU eCommerce Product Merchandising team, you will support the end-to-end merchandising process for key product categories across adidas eCom Europe. Your contributions will help ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities to delight consumers and drive sustainable commercial growth.
Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams and assist throughout the buying process - from range selection preparations to buy execution activities - aligned with seasonal and commercial priorities. Partnering with the EU BU teams, you will help gather and organize insights on product needs from an eCom perspective, using category, market, and consumer learnings. Through your work, you will play an important role in supporting the shaping of EU eCom strategies for your assigned categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Buying team with pre-season forecasting and In-season range management for optimal performance.
• Pre–season forecasting based on handover information (in alignment with European merchandising teams) and agreed OTB & range size targets.
• Manage and maintain all range management systems (both pre-season and in-season).
• Manage market seasonal stock position assuring the right volumes are available in e-com store(s) and distribution centers.  
• Leverage a data driven insight to influence range decisions.
• Perform general administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and updating internal trackers.
• Support reporting needs and internal communication flow through preparation of summaries.

• Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point)
• Strong analytical skills
• Organised and detail oriented
• Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
