YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE 

As a Content Publishing Intern, you will be part of the EU Content Publishing team within the eCommerce Store Operations department, a group that plays a key role within adidas by driving the execution, publishing, and optimization of digital content and campaigns across adidas.com and the adidas apps. The team works closely with Digital Activation, Consumer Experience, Digital Merchandising and Digital Product teams and is involved in seasonal campaign launches, quality assurance, site experience enhancements, promotional activities, and process and technical improvement initiatives, contributing directly to adidas' overall success. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO & LEARN 

• Assisting in the execution of specific global digital campaigns.  

• Supporting the implementation of local brand campaigns and experiences. 

• Helping maintain and improve campaign operations processes, documentation, and reporting tools. 

• Collaborating with team members on process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.

• Drive a dedicated AI automation project by identifying opportunities where AI tools can improve our workflows, researching automation solutions, creating proof-of-concept ideas, and presenting recommendations to the team.

• Gain hands-on exposure to eCommerce operations, content management, and campaign execution within a global organization, with opportunities to learn about digital marketing, consumer experience, and campaign analytics through cross-functional collaboration. 

• Develop skills such as prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem solving. 

• Build confidence working in an international team. 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH 

• Enrolled as a fulltime student for the entire duration of the internship 

• Studying Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• Available for the full internship period 01/02/2027 - 31/07/2027 

• Comfortable working in English, both speaking and writing. 

• Motivated to learn, curious, and open to feedback. 

• Strong interest in digital content, storytelling, consumer experiences, and how content is delivered across digital platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 

• Experience publishing digital content or maintaining websites, blogs, or digital channels is an advantage.  

• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus. 

• Passion for sport and/or an active lifestyle.

INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS 

• Start Date - End Date: Feb 1st  - Jul 31st  

• Duration: 6 months 

• Working hours: 39 hours per week (full-time) 

• Contract type: Internship (student status required throughout) 

• Holidays: 10 days during the internship 

• Location: Hoogoorddreef 9A, 1101 BA Amsterdam, The Netherlands 

• Transportation costs: Covered by adidas
