The adidas Digital Activation Team drives sustainable growth while elevating premium brand perception across our European digital ecosystem, engaging consumers in meaningful and impactful ways. Our organization brings together content, planning, consumer engagement, and membership expertise to create cohesive and compelling brand experiences. We work end-to-end to activate the adidas brand across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency, relevance, and excellence at every stage of the consumer journey. In close collaboration with the Media Activation Team, we align strategy and execution to maximize reach, effectiveness, and long-term brand value.
THE ROLE
You will be supporting the Digital Activation Content team in the development and execution of content for the adidas digital ecosystem (.com, apps, email, push notification and eCom paid social) across assigned categories. You will support delivery of excellence in Content Execution driving eCom Sales, NPS, Brand Awareness, Consumer Acquisition & Retention across own and wholesale digital channels. You will assist in enhancing the Global toolkit – or work on developing one directly – to deliver a consumer experience that is:

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
Support collaboration and cross‑functional processes for assigned categories, working with teams such as Planning, Global Business Units, Site Operations, Digital Visual Merchandising, Buying, Global Activation, Consumer Experience, and Analytics;
Support the team in gathering and tracking KPI data for content across channels and platforms, to allow consumer insights to inform content improvements;
Help research and share best practices in digital content, contributing to benchmarking efforts and team knowledge sharing;
Assist in monitoring OTIF delivery targets in partnership with Planning and Global teams;
Assist in the implementation of the adidas digital content plan with teams such as Site Operations, including supporting content checks during pre–go-live testing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Interest in digital asset creation, briefing processes, and content organization across .com, app, and email touchpoints;
Familiarity with digital & brand marketing concepts and an eagerness to learn about campaign execution;
Willingness to learn ticketing and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach to tasks;
Ability to manage time effectively with guidance and operate well in a partially remote environment.

Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate);
Availability for the full duration of the internship from Sept 2026 – Feb 2027.
