The adidas Digital Sales organization drives incremental and profitable growth across our European online partners. We work end‑to‑end to elevate the adidas presence on multi‑brand eCommerce platforms, expand partner capabilities, and unlock new commercial opportunities through data, operational excellence, and digital experience leadership. By aligning commercial strategy with data‑driven insights and digital execution, we ensure that adidas delivers maximum impact and performance across every partner platform.
The Role
As our Digital Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across Product Data Management, Sales Analytics, Digital Visual Merchandising, and Partnership Marketing & Gift Card.
Whether it’s exploring opportunities to optimize the customer experience on-site, ensure timely products go- live or analysing sales data, you’ll contribute to delivering a seamless and impactful digital shopping experience for adidas consumers.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
Support weekly reporting and tracking of product launch readiness KPIs across multiple digital channels
Work on analytical topics such as premiumisation KPIs and trend monitoring to support both in‑season and pre‑season decision‑making
Help execute the digital visual merchandising strategy and tailor outputs to the needs of each marketplace
Support improvements across internal tools and middleware platforms, ensuring consistent and optimised digital shelf visibility
Support the operational workflow of digital Gift Card management and provide general support across Digital Sales teams
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Currently studying Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data/Analytics or a related field
Strong analytics skills
Comfortable working with big set of data
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Curious, proactive mindset with willingness to learn how digital commerce operates end‑to‑end
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student with focus on Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data/Analytics, or similar
- Strong analytical skills: confident with Excel/Sheets, Power BI (Python and SQL would be a plus)
- Understanding of the eCommerce environment and digital KPIs
- Structured, organised and detail‑oriented
- Proactive problem‑solver with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Passion for Sport and/or Fashion
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from Sept 2026 – Feb 2027
