The Digital Visual Merchandising team is dedicated to delivering the best possible consumer experience across adidas.com and the flagship app. We achieve this by showcasing the right products at the right time and presenting them in the most compelling and effective way.
Our core responsibilities include managing Product Listing Page (PLP) merchandising across both Lifestyle and Performance categories, as well as supporting brand and commercial campaigns by defining and executing optimal consumer journeys. This includes curating PLP sorting strategies that align with campaign objectives and consumer intent.
In addition, we provide actionable insights to partner teams, analyzing website performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Ultimately, our team plays a key role in maximizing conversion rates and driving overall digital business success.
THE ROLE
As a DVM Intern at adidas your role is to support in driving improvements to our adidas digital merchandising experience, ensuring we’re addressing and adapting our site & product presentation to the needs of our consumers. Our goal is to evolve the experience so that when a consumer leaves our touch point, we not only meeting their expectations, but we are exceeding them.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
Merchandising Operations
- Support the DVM team in executing brand campaigns and optimizing on-site experiences
- Assist in the delivery of commercial campaigns, with a strong focus on peak trading periods such as Black Friday
- Perform regular site audits across the .com platform and flagship app, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Market & Site Analytics
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify optimization opportunities
- Support category reporting by evaluating weekly and monthly performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV), translating data into actionable insights for Category Managers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on results

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Education & Professional Experience
- University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
- Experience in eCommerce environment is a plus
- Soft-Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions
- Data driven mindset and ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to efficiently work in a cross-functional organization, ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Creative and energetic team player
- Hard-Skills
- Solid experience with reporting tools
- Good project management skills
- Fluent English, both verbally and written
