INTERNSHIP – HR REWARDS

The HR Rewards team plays a key role in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent by designing and delivering competitive and compliant reward programs. We work end‑to‑end across compensation, benefits, and reward policies and processes, supporting the business with data‑driven insights, operational excellence, and clear communication. By combining policy design, analytical rigor with practical execution, the team ensures that reward decisions are fair, transparent, and aligned with both our people strategy and business priorities.
The Role
As our HR Rewards Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across key reward areas such as compensation, benefits, and reward processes.
Whether it’s supporting data analysis, contributing to reward cycles, or helping ensure policies and programs are executed accurately and on time, you’ll play an active role in delivering fair, transparent, and impactful reward solutions for our employees.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
Support regular reporting and tracking of key HR Rewards KPIs across compensation, benefits, and reward processes;
Provide insights through data analysis and trend monitoring to support reward cycles, planning, and decision‑making;
Help support the execution of reward programs and processes, tailoring outputs to the needs of different stakeholders and markets;
Contribute to improvements across internal tools and data flows, supporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in rewards delivery;
Support day‑to‑day operational activities within HR Rewards and provide general support across the HR Rewards team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Currently studying Business, HR, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills with an interest in reward data and insights;
Comfortable working with large data sets and translating data into meaningful insights;
Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Word;
A collaborative team player with a proactive and structured approach;
Curious and eager to learn how HR Rewards operates end‑to‑end, from data and policy to execution and communication.
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
Student with focus on Business, HR, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field;
Strong analytical skills: confident with Word, Power Point & Excel/Sheets (Co-Pilot & Power BI would be a plus);
Understanding of the HR Rewards concepts, data, and key reward‑related metrics;
Structured, organised and detail oriented;
Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset;
Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
Team player who enjoys working in an international environment;
Fluent in English (written & spoken);
Passion for Sport and/or Fashion;
Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship;
Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate);
Availability for the full duration of the internship from Sept 2026 – Feb 2027;
