HR BUSINESS PARTNERING
Our HR Business Partner Teams work closely with leaders, line managers and employees of a defined business area. They provide partnership, consulting and coaching on all people related matters. HR Business Partners support a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint.
The Role
As our HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR business partnering. You’ll be involved in daily operational tasks, contribute to HR projects, and help shape how we communicate with our employees. You’ll also play a role in organizing office events that strengthen our workplace culture.
GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS
- Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day operations (e.g., onboarding, data management, scheduling, sick leave management)
- Observe and support collaboration with our Works Council
- Assist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
- Help create and distribute engaging internal communications to employees
- Coordinate and support office events and engagement activities
- Research HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement
- Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations and projects.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR tools is a plus
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
- Student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong interest in the HR topics
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-organized and reliable
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Passion for Sport
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2026 – September 2026
