Manager Partner Evolution
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As part of Digital Sales department, the Digital Partnerships team is responsible for driving strategic commercial partnerships and revenue growth through our DTC digital channels. In this role, the Manager Partner Evolution will play a crucial part in identifying and executing new business initiatives within the Digital Partnerships team, supporting the three commercial pillars, Partnership Marketing, Gift Cards and Brand Partnerships, driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the identification of commercial growth initiatives through strategic business development, collaborating with business leads and account managers to uncover opportunities within top-tier digital partnerships.
· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, fostering collaborative efforts across Gift Cards, Partnership Marketing, and Brand Partnerships.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, from initial concept stages until project delivery, ensuring continues optimization post go-live date.
· Lead the implementation of innovative initiatives and promotional opportunities in the Gift Cards DTC segment, aiming to enhance consumer engagement and increase revenue growth.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify potential opportunities, providing valuable insights and recommendations for adapting and evolving channel strategies and partnership plans.
· Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all business initiatives.
· Provide regular updates to the Director Digital Partnerships on project status, key performance metrics from initiatives that went live, and areas of support to ensure continuous optimization of overall business development initiatives.
· Build and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Digital Partnerships, Operations, Analytics, Legal, Payment Operations, Campaign Operations, eCommerce Sales Planning, Digital Visual Merchandising, DAT and MAT.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
· Strong understanding of Partnership Marketing and Gift Card businesses.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in business development, project management or related job, preferably in ecommerce, fashion, or sporting goods industries.
· Proficient in written & spoken English.
· Understanding of any additional written & spoken European language is a plus.
· Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
