Manager Product Supply Interface
PURPOSE AND OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
The Manager, Product Supply Interface supports the alignment between Europe Supply Chain Management, Commercial teams Global Product Supply to help convert demand into supply. The role focuses on contributing to availability and inventory performance (COTA, LOTA, ATP, and Inventory) within defined cost and operational constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support execution of the Product Supply Interface strategy and contribute to daily performance management activities.
- Help maintain transparency of Availability (including key product launches) and Inventory performance across relevant business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation and opportunity optimization in the supply process.
- Translate commercial input into actionable supply chain requirements in partnership with more senior team members.
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Market Supply Chain teams to ensure buying volumes align with demand forecasts and planning inputs.
- Monitor supply creation and buying health to ensure alignment with demand, availability goals, and inventory targets.
- Participate in reviews of supply parameters and planning tactics to help improve product availability.
- Support availability targets for critical product launches and Replenishment program supply models.
- Help document and maintain processes and policies across teams to ensure consistency and governance.
- Assist with the roll-out and execution of strategic SCM/Product Supply initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good understanding of supply chain principle and demand/supply models
- Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented in decision taking-process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with proven ability to interact, influence and convince at management level
- Ability to drive process improvements
- Strong team player and ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization to achieve goals and objectives
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a high preforming team
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems. Master's degree is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries, including leadership positions.
