Manager Reporting & Insights Analytics - Temp 12 Months
General Purpose:
At adidas as a Manager Digital Analytics with focus on Business Performance Analytics, you are part of the team that analyses consumer shopping behavior within the adidas e-commerce, enabling our teams to make decisions based on sales trends. You will be supporting with reporting tools, KPIs, insights and measurement supporting several different teams in EU ecommerce team to take data-driven decisions. You will be working with multiple dashboards and data sets to report on and generate insights that help adidas understand how our business is performing – where do we have challenges and where do we have opportunities - to ultimately help drive sales.
You will drive complex analytical projects; work on uncovering new insights, helping to solve complex business problems, and delivering new capabilities.
You will be someone that is constantly curious, always asking the right questions whilst at the same time having a passion for data and uncovering insights into our business. This role has a great balance between data, business understanding and critical thinking.

Main Team Responsibilities:
FOUNDATIONS & AUTOMATION:
- Support in the automation of analytical data processes
- Support in the process of a strong data quality and resolution of defects
REPORTS & DASHBOARDS:
- Build and maintain self-service data tools in Power BI to track the business performance
- Support in managing backlogs for development and enhancements of our dashboards
- Build took to best practices
REPORTING & INSIGHTS:
- Drive reporting on business performance during our commercial & campaign moments.
- Conduct deep dives into business problems and areas of underperformance
- Identify opportunities to support business to driver incremental value
- Understand the business data in the context traffic & conversion
MEASUREMENT:
- Sizing opportunities to drive business growth
Key Relationships:
- EU e-commerce teams (Buying & Planning / Trading / Outlet / Digital Visual Merchandising / Finance / Analytics)
- Global Digital Analytics
- Global Data Engineering
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Technical-Skills:
- Experience in data manipulation using SQL
- POWER BI or equivalent data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Confident working with large data sets
Business and Communication-Skills:
- Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Comfortable presentation to larger groups
- Fluent in English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in a numerical/business discipline
- Passion for sports and the adidas brand
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in eCommerce is a plus
