Manager SCM Global Deployment-Temp till 2026
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The SCM Global Deployment function plays an important role in creating and setting the supply and demand allocation across our multi-node distribution center networks; to enable the optimal product flow from factory to consumer and ensure we can deliver to consumers with speed and reliability at the optimal cost. The SCM Global Deployment team is split in two: Pre-Season Deployment and In-Season Deployment. Pre-Season Deployment focuses on demand allocation to distribution centers before purchasing takes place. In-Season Deployment focuses on rebalancing supply and demand after purchasing and during the selling season.
The Manager SCM Global Deployment will have the critical responsibility of supporting existing work, while also assisting the team with moving to a new way of working with the transition to SAP IBP and SAP S/4. This includes, but is not limited to, helping the team frame deployment across all markets, ensuring guidelines, creating processes and supplemental tools needed to support Global Supply Chain Planning. The candidate will also own creating and tracking KPIs, testing new SAP IBP and SAP S/4 capabilities, and gathering and maintaining data in the new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document elements of global template for how markets should use suite of deployment capabilities in collaboration with Global Digital SCM Solutions Team
• Identify, develop and implement improvement solutions in global and markets by collaborating with relevant stakeholders, as required
• Frame deployment across all markets ensuring guidelines, creating processes and tools needed for supply chain planning in both global and market horizons
• Support SAP IBP and SAP S/4 Deployment testing capabilities, to ensure all deployment capabilities function as expected and documented business requirements are met
• Create and track deployment performance management with the markets using relevant KPIs
• Gather, analyze and maintain data in the new systems for the Global Supply Chain Planning horizon

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Business know-how of end-to-end supply chain management operations,
• Proven ability to leverage expertise to identify improvement opportunities in the processes,
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP, Llamasoft or any other optimization tool or ETL tool (like Alteryx) preferred,
• Strong MS Office knowledge preferred, especially Excel,
• Strong analytical and computation skills, and ability to root cause, problem solve and drive solutions,
• Proven collaboration skills and excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of seniority,
• Ability to handle complex assignments with ambiguous problem statements, especially at the start,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures across different time zones,
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management from a College or University, or equivalent combination of education and work experience,
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in one or more Supply Chain Management, Business functions in a global company, ideally in the sporting goods industry,
• Supply Chain/Operations recognized certifications like CPIM, CSCP is a plus
