We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in our amazing adidas Headquarter office in Amsterdam. If you love connecting people with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, this role is for you.
Your main mission? Managing end to end Retail recruitment across Benelux- helping us build strong store teams that bring the adidas brand to life every day. But that’s not all. You’ll also get the chance to support corporate hiring and dive into Early Careers recruitment. Variety is guaranteed.
This isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about creating experiences- partnering with hiring managers, sourcing creatively, and championing diversity and inclusion. You’ll be the person who knows where to find great talent and how to make them excited about joining adidas.
