Recruitment Partner. Maternity Cover. Sept 1st - June 30th
NOTE: This role is for direct adidas employment only and not open to freelancers.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Amsterdam. This maternity cover role involves leading the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers, while working closely with HR and business leaders to attract top talent to adidas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, using internal and external channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Support and advise hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices
- Promote adidas as an employer of choice through strong employer branding
- Ensure accurate documentation in recruitment systems and support global initiatives as needed

What You’ll Bring
- At least 8 years of international recruiting experience, ideally in a global matrix organization
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with offer negotiations and understanding of employment market trends
- Passion for delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
- Experience managing high recruitment volumes
- Fluent in English
