As Senior Designer (AD) Storytelling at adidas you are responsible for a wide range of Storytelling digital concepts and content creation across all channels and touchpoints (eCom, WHS, Retail). You work in strong collaboration with creative and production teams to deliver concept and content creation projects from concept to completion - following the global brand direction, style guides and tone of voice policies for adidas. You collaborate to evolve the content creation best practices enabling responsive and effective direct marketing communications worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Scope: Responsible for storytelling digital content creation across all channels and touchpoints (E-Com, WHS, Retail).
Digital Creative Concept and Solutions
- Drive the creation and delivery of digital content for storytelling activations and evergreen projects.
- Implement digital storytelling to align with the overall brand and digital content strategy.
- Oversee the entire creative process from idea to execution.
- Collaborate closely with digital creative and producers, freelancers, and agencies for efficient delivery.
Creative Standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate globally to improve digital creative quality.
- Implement cutting-edge content automation & AI technologies within daily creative practices.
Creative Consultation & Collaboration
- Advise stakeholders on digital creative concept and content solution.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to meet business needs.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- 7+ years of a strong portfolio of art direction and/or digital design within digital agency setup or large corporate brand
Digital Content Creation
- Strong background in art direction, concept development, photography, and videography with expert knowledge of creative suite tools.
- Solid background in digital marketing with solid understanding of marketing processes and communication channels.
- Experience in concept and content creative production within agencies or large brands, ensuring all storytelling efforts maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
- Experience working with athletes and celebrities.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage priorities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Solid capacity to integrate audience insights and feedback to refine and improve storytelling approaches.
- Active interest in cutting-edge content creation & AI technologies.
Leadership
- Solid creative leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams to achieve high levels of performance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Works well under remote management and can successfully manage multi-location teams
Other
- Able and willing to travel locally, within Europe and internationally at short notice up to 20% annually.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English both verbally and written
