Senior Manager EU SCM eCom Excellence

The Supply Chain’s E-com Excellence team in Europe is steering eCom supply chain operations and influences the business. We are acting as a single point of contact for both sides and playing a role of mediator doing orchestration as well as escalations. You in the role:

Will be providing cross-functional leadership, ensuring business continuity, challenging key decisions, validating and mitigating risks, managing communication with executive stakeholders and overall stakeholder engagement, tracking and developing KPIs, personally conducting analyses and deep dives to generate insights, identify improvement opportunities, and drive business performance to enable business growth and profitability through SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Service excellence via steering SCM e2e eCom operations in close collaboration with SCM functions (dc, transport, finance, analytics, demand planning etc) and commercial functions (merchandising, sales, digital operations etc.). This includes, but not limited to: peak and campaign management; operational performance KPI (OTIF, cancellations, speed etc.); availability and inventory health metrics; cost effectiveness etc.
  • Building for future through driving or participating in project related to: business expansion (new markets, partners, platforms); fulfilment network extensions (new DCs, transportation tenders, services and coverage); system solutions implementation/modification, process improvement and others.
  • Enable profitability through identification and execution of cost savings and risk management initiatives, executing fulfilment logic optimizations, driving operations ROI enablement’s. E.g. Good Will Credit (GWC) to minimize lost deliveries, missing items and establish the right procedures that enable us to correctly applied GWC policies
  • Ensure the same level of focus for the eCom Partner Program as for Own eCom by defining business needs, creating and driving strategic roadmap, establishing governance and scalable processes, implementing control points, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and personally developing and implementing the required solutions.

  • Global teams such as Supply Chain Intelligence, Digital and Analytics, Logistics and Distribution, Advanced Analytics etc.

  • Expertise in MS Office, including Power Query, familiarity with scenario simulation is a plus
  • Proficient in Power BI. Other analytical tools is a plus
  • Experience with operational and financial data analytics.
  • Good understanding of supply chain/ eCom processes and cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Hand-on experience in project management methodologies and principles

Others: 

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Relevant work experience in eCom, Retail, Omnichannel.
  • Knowledge about Omnichannel, e2e fulfilment, and e-com is a strong plus
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, business analytics is a plus
  • Prior work in business functions (i.e. Sales, Retail, eCom) is a plus.
