What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver high-impact HR transformation projects that drive real change. Think re-orgs, large-scale hiring, and operating model shifts.
- Work side-by-side with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure and influence at the highest levels.
- Be the “project guru”, nothing happens without you knowing about it. You’ll set the agenda, drive meetings, and keep everyone aligned and energized.
- Use data and analytics to make smart decisions, even when the facts are fuzzy.
- Build a network across adidas, becoming the go-to expert for project excellence.
- Be part of a close-knit HR team that works hard, plays hard, and loves to have fun, whether that’s a team workout, a coffee break, or celebrating wins together.
What You’ll Bring
- Project Leadership Mastery: You’re a proven project management expert, with 7-10 years of HR experience. You know the HR world and have a track record of leading HR transformation initiatives, think re-orgs, large-scale hiring, or operating model changes.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: You leverage data and analytics to make smart, informed decisions, even when the facts are fuzzy.
- Stakeholder Management Excellence: You build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & Team Spirit: You’re a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re known for your positive energy and your ability to bring people together to achieve great things.
- Technical Toolkit: You’re fluent in the tools of the trade Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and you’re utilising AI daily to raise the bar in project management.
- Agility & Resilience: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, quick to adapt, and always ready to pivot when priorities shift.
