Senior Manager SCM EU Performance Management & Analytics

 

 

Purpose:

The team is a part of Supply Chain Development EU and drives end-to-end SCM performance excellence (operational and efficiency KPIs) through providing business insights, accelerating data-driven decision making, enabling new analytical and reporting capabilities. Our goal is to reach performance excellence in end-to-end consumer experience in the most efficient way. We set performance objectives, lead execution of KPIs, analyse performance, provide insights, prevent risks, build roadmaps and improvement strategies, support new initiatives, develop and automate analytical tools, reports and provide scenario-based simulations and projections to drive improvements across the entire supply chain organization and a wide range of adjacent functions.

 

You in the role:

In this role you’ll be in the leading role in enabling EU SCM functions with tools, reports, dashboards, visualisation, models to ensure fact based and data driven decision making. You will act through identifying core analytical business needs, hands-on developing and automating analytical and reporting capabilities, driving deep analyses, providing insights, creating scenario-based simulations, identifying performance gaps, challenging status quo, defining KPIs and actions to improve performance, ensuring data driven decision making. All this goes with strong collaboration and stakeholder management across numerous market and global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own EU SCM reporting & analytics enablement demand pipeline and be accountable for timely solutions enablement,

  • Pro-actively initiate and drive x-functional discussions to collect and consolidate demands, requirements, feedbacks, align on deliverables, timelines, gameplan;

  • Develop, optimize and standardize reporting and analytics tools to support EU SCM across e2e Supply Chain covering all commercial channels and most of SCM functions;

  • Ensure flawless execution and progress communication of defined actions and escalate issues where needed;

  • Present complex data and analytical insights in a clear, compelling, and business-relevant way to senior leadership aligning on priorities through effective storytelling and visualization;

  • Implement automated reporting systems and scenario simulations to enhance decision-making processes;

  • Support in definition, design, validation of the KPI’s and RCA’s reports and dashboards in alignment with the different stakeholders including senior leadership;

  • Conduct deep analysis and generate insights to solve complex business problems, Identify performance gaps and improvement plans if needed;

  • Work with global teams (SCI, DNA etc. )  and potentially other markets to enable new analytical leavers, ensure data quality, consistency and reliability.

  • Expertise in MS Office, including model building and Power Query.
  • Strong presentation and data storytelling abilities.
  • Skills in VBA, Power Automate, AI tools, Python; familiarity with scenario simulation is a plus.
  • Experience with operational and financial data analytics.
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Hand-on experience in project management methodologies and principles
  • Experience in business process automation using RPA / AI

 

 

Others: 

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Proven track record in hands-on data analytics (operational, financial)

  • Experience in Supply Chain Management or other operational functions

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in MNC
