Senior manager CRO

As a Senior Manager CRO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our conversion optimization strategy for adidas’ digital platforms, with a dedicated focus on post-sales and return/exchange process optimization. This is your opportunity to influence a critical stage of the consumer journey that directly impacts satisfaction, loyalty, and future purchases.
In this role, you will lead discovery efforts, design and execute A/B tests and experiments, and ensure insights are turned into tangible improvements across the organization. You will work closely with the Consumer Services team to tap into customer feedback, translating it into actionable strategies that elevate both the experience for our customers and performance for the business.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves. You have experience with server-side testing, a deep comfort with data, and a strong background in quantitative and/or qualitative optimization. You excel at data-driven decision-making, know how to grow digital products, and have worked closely with cross-functional technology teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery process with a cross functional team consisting out of product owner, analytics, User Research, Design and operations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to brainstorm the main consumer problems and opportunities and distill the right strategical themes which will drive the business forward
- Set up and run experimentation on hypothesis that come out of the discovery process and guide the evaluation to get the learnings from the tests
- Driving go-to-market handover based on results for optimization to ensure adoption of tools with local partners
- Share learnings with different regions, product owners, UX & design, marketing and development teams with the common goal to optimize onboarding journey for new members and how we support our most valuable customers towards their first purchase and beyond.

- Requirements
- Education & Experience
- BA/MS/MA in (Commercial) Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Neuromarketing, or anyone who learned AB testing/ analytics on the job
- At least 6+ years of experience in defining and executing data driven optimization/ conversion analysis in collaborative multi-functional teams
- At least 2+ years in digital analytics is essential with analytical software such as Adobe, GA etc.
- Good knowledge of A/B testing, all digital research types, measurement and good understanding of associated statistical methodologies is a plus
- Must have a passion for qualitative and quantitative data and developing ‘themes’ and ‘main hypotheses’ that can be understood at the most senior levels
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for conversion optimization and delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders and the team
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, both verbally and written
