Supply Chain Inbound Planner
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Ensure a correct visibility of product incoming to the Distribution Centers (DC) and prioritization of the product, to ensure product is delivered On Time and In Full according to customer orders and specification, within agreed timelines and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support medium- and long-term strategic direction for the Inbound Planning team and work with team member to execute strategy/initiatives
• Manage the flow of goods at destination (in transit to receipt), focused on specific DCs
• Partner with the Origin Planning team, Inbound Transportation and DC receiving to address capacity constraints for strong inbound flow.
• Define and communicate optimal intake plan, balancing cost and availability.
• Support regular meetings with DC Operations and share availability projections, outlooks on inbound performance, priorities and expectations.
• Secure cross-functional collaboration with partner functions and inform market stakeholders on supply or transportation issues impacting availability or cost related to DCs under your responsibility
• Contribute to develop appropriate reports & tools to support and measure achievement of team objectives
• Receive Key User Training for implementation of new ERP system (S4) and be able to support during training of End Users
• Contribute in cross functional projects, representing Inbound Planning

• DC Operations, Finance, Customer fulfillment, Global Logistics, Inbound Planning
• Omnichannel Operations functions (Retail and eCommerce)
• Origin Panning team, Global Logistics
• Europe Transform Team Functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/Warehouse Management Systems, preferably with previous experience on SAP S4 system.
• Good knowledge of supply chain mechanics and flow of goods from sourcing to customer
• Experience in prior implementation projects is beneficial.
• Operational and project management skills
• Strong and clear communication skills
• Analytical and process thinking, strong analytical skills
• Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• College or university degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus in supply chain management
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in a Supply Chain Management function
• Strong skills in ERP (SAP)/WMS systems
• Competent user in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
