Assistant Manager Range Architecture, Reebok Asia Pacific

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

  • DRIVE range architecture across BU, Channel, and Market to ensure brand and channel KPI achievement

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Create RA for Market APAC using 3 year historical analysis, Country input, Global & APAC Range Management/BU Strategy that fully reflects the country realities and future business needs
  • Own, Track, Analyze and Report Market range overlap
  • Analyze pricing across market and support price harmonization with fact based input to APAC Range Management Team
  • Create Seasonal, Quarterly, Monthly RA through 3 year historical analysis by BU & Channel & Country & Store Format (Collect bottom up RA from each Country @ MSI & CSI)
  • Track and analyze ST data to ensure fact based decision making in Range Management, CTC and Global CTC
  • Secure the business through relentless analysis of the Top Sellers by market, channel, country, division, gender, product type on a monthly basis and ensure the RA reflects these needs

  • Category NS, RCC, CACC, Net Margin, Go in Margin
  • Sell-out
  • Efficiency KPIs (overlap, hit rate, …)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to implement strategy
  • Strong presentation/communication, negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders within a global matrix organization.
  • Distinct track record of success and high-level Merchandising knowledge
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management experience across commercial functions (e.g. marketing, sales, etc.) and support functions (finance preferred), as well as different organizational levels (Global, Market, etc.)

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3- 5 years of experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail required. Regional experience preferred.
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing, MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in managing a global matrix organization required
  • Sporting goods industry experience required
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
