Purpose of the role:

This role will drive the commercial success of key Factory Outlet locations by maximizing net sales, improving conversion rates and units per transaction, while continuously identifying growth opportunities through store performance analysis. Success in this position also relies heavily on strong communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities to ensure excellence in execution. This role will start with a 12-month temporary contract.


What you will do:
•    Acquire and develop knowledge of the end-to-end product flow to stores in line with the Trading Guidance, allocation and replenishment strategies and Segmentation guidance to support Cluster Managers to maximize their localized topics and needs
•    Maintain regular contact with District Managers and Store Managers in designated Clusters in executing the Service Level Agreement for all stores
•    Deliver excellence in execution in seasonal and day-to-day communication and collaboration with stores to provide optimal ranges, commercial pricing and inventory supply 
•    Conduct store level analysis to support the Cluster Manager and work with stores and Direct-To-Consumer Factory Outlet Trading (Merchandising) Team on clear action plans deriving from analysis: -
     o    Store KPIs e.g. CR, ATV
     o    Bestseller stock supply
     o    Black Holes/Slow sellers/Aged inventory sell through and display
     o    Fragmented stock/size curves
     o    Inventory levels and replenishment settings
     o    Product related KPIs e.g., Tops to bottoms. Socks to shoes, division shares
     o    Range and inventory quality
     o    Price level sell through analysis
     o    Ad hoc analysis as requested
•    Own maintenance of Store Action Tracker and ensure fulfillment of store product requests
•    Issue delivery overview on orders for stores and work with Supply Chain to ensure on time delivery
•    Collaborate with Cluster on localisation projects and product requirements including the flow of product for Marketing and Promotional campaigns 
•    Understand the framework for store capacities at class level and store receiving capacities to monitor and manage over/under supply situations 
•    Support Cluster Manager on input to Factory Outlet Excellence on range needs for new stores / remodels 
•    Responsible for final selection, allocation and replenishment or articles for stores based on the Trading Guidance provided by Assortment Planning and Buying, for assigned product categories/stores
•    Responsible for final selection, allocation and replenishment or articles for new stores and remodels based on cluster input and BPM location information for assigned stores 
•    Issue key merchandising reports as assigned 

 

Skills you will need:

•    University degree in Business or Finance, ideally with Marketing and Sales focus or equivalent professional experience. Retail experience will be valued.
•    Minimum 1-3 years of experience in respective job or retail job function.
•    Consumer-focused with market knowledge.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Strong skills in excel or other reporting tools.
•    Attention to detail and good research skills.
•    Readiness to consolidate information, summarize and derive actions.
•    Fluent in English both verbally and written.
