Purpose of the role
Support our Human Resources and Internal Communications teams in creating meaningful employee experiences across South East Europe, contributing to development, engagement and communication initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a diverse, international environment.
What you will do
- Support the planning and execution of employee development programs and learning initiatives.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, events and initiatives throughout the year.
- Contribute to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and support activities that engage employees across relevant topics.
- Support the creation of engaging internal communications, including emails, announcements and posts for different employee audiences.
- Create and coordinate the monthly internal newsletter for employees across South East Europe.
- Support the maintenance and regular update of the South East Europe Info Hub on SharePoint.
- Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, Facilities and external partners to support the successful delivery of employee events and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including purchase requests, purchase orders and invoice approval processes.
Skills you will need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or another relevant field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, employee engagement and/or internal communications.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working with different teams and topics.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint or other digital communication tools is an advantage.
- Interest in developing skills in event coordination, employee engagement and content creation.

Eligibility
- To be eligible for the internship, you should:
- Be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or be in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree.
Ideally be in the final year of your studies, with a maximum of one year remaining until graduation following the internship. - Be available for the full duration of the six-month internship.
