Internship - Human Resources & Internal Communications (m/f/d)
JOIN OUR HUMAN RESOURCES & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS TEAM:
Human Resources and Internal Communications are two interconnected departments that work very closely together to support a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and engaging our internal community with our brand and teams.
The objective of this internship is to support the local HR and Internal Communications team in successfully executing projects related to Employee development and/or engagement programs and events throughout the year while playing a supportive role in creation and delivery of the right content to the respective audiences. GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS:
- Support in the execution of internal Employee development programs.
- Support in the execution of employee engagement activities based on the yearly calendar and ad hoc requests.
- Become a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and assist to organize related activities that will engage our Employees with these topics.
- Support in the creation of internal content via email, posts etc. to relevant groups of Employees about respective activities/events.
- Create and send out of the internal monthly newsletter across Southeast Europe and the update of Southeast Europe Info Hub SharePoint.
- Support the creation of internal invoice approval process (PR / PO creation).
- Work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders
WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH:
- Student of Business Studies, Human Resources, Communications or similar
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiastic about working in a multi-cultural team environment and on diverse topics
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in developing Employee related event organization skills and/or content creation skills

ELIGIBILITY
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
- Candidates in final year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from January 2026 - July 2026
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Athens, Greece for the full duration of the internship, provided that all necessary hiring documentation is in place
