Be the Reebok Classics brand´s face and voice, internally on the market and externally on among other markets. Contribute to the development of the global Go-to-Market plans for BU Reebok Classics and adapt to the needs of the Market.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Lead and be responsible for category efficiency and implementation of key KPIs: NS, SM%, SM Abs, across all distribution channels: CS, E-COM, FO, WHS.
  • Manage BU IBP process actively – work through, align and present local IBP (seasonal business plans) on local and global level.
  • Represent commercial & product needs from side of the market to headquarters based on seasonal performance analysis, business needs and strategic necessity.
  • Be the first contact person in BU, lead Cross BU, Cross functional and Cross department projects.
  • Sharpen the Reebok Classics positioning/perception on the market. Strengthen the connection between the Brand, key assets and consumer.
  • Create, Align and Manage local GTM calendars, events, activations based on global guidelines/local market needs, with clear focus on brand and BU NPS growth among younger lifestyle consumer.   
  • Manage the designing of local BU communication and media-policy for Reebok Classics, Invent new approaches of marketing strategy realization for BU
  • Interact with local entertainment market, artists, singers, relevant breands, partner companies to ensure promotion of Reebok Classics. Proactively develop productive relationship and networking.
  • Lead the range selection Reebok Classics products process and actively contribute to higher range efficiency
  • Analyze, prepare and lead seasonal product inputs with global BU team pointing out specific business risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and align seasonal Fashion Collaboration partners listing, lead product creation process, align activation plans.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budgeting process and the MWB spending for Reebok Classics
  • Implement global and local best practices to ensure business process efficiency.
  • Manage Reebok Classics BU team
  • Ensure high employee engagement at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of team members

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong leadership & management skills
  • Strong communication skills with his/her direct reports, but more importantly, with all the  counterparts he/she will have to influence and work with
  • Strong cross functional experience, across merchandising, marketing, sales and retail, Finance
  • Strong industry knowledge, across divisions—footwear, apparel and accessories
  • Expert understanding of local Market´s’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:  

 

  • 5-7 years of cross functional experience in merchandising/product, marketing, sales/retail required
  • Bachelor in related field required,
  • Industry experience required
