Basingstoke:

You’ll be joining our Basingstoke Head office, the home of our European Golf Hub. Our office has recently undergone a full refurbishment, creating a modern and professional workspace. It features a state-of-the-art showroom, perfect for showcasing our latest products. Our Basingstoke team consists of approx. 25 adidas employees, working across, Marketing, Product Supply, Demand Planning, Operations and Logistics, Cresting, Finance, Sales, HR & many more.

 

 

What you’ll do:

Lead the men’s apparel product and merchandising management for adidas Golf Europe. Strategise, own and deliver consumer centric go-to market planning and execution across all adidas golf sales channels. Continue the sustained growth of the men’s apparel business, driving adidas golf towards becoming No.1/No.2 market share brand in every major European golf market. Working collaboratively with a further two Product Managers and a wider European go-to-market team that in turn align with global strategy and relationships in our Californian golf HQ.

 

This integral role encompasses interaction with customers and consumers across a broad spectrum of touchpoints and plays an integral role in the continued success story of adidas Golf.

 

Some ad-hoc travel in Europe and California is required for this role.

  • Negotiation and leadership skills
  • Impactful presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Analysis and problem solving.
  • Advanced IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word,)
  • Experience and knowledge in the performance consumer/competitor market
  • An understanding of range creation and apparel product functionality
  • Flexibility to travel, some travel may be required outside normal working hours
