PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels. Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Manager, responsible for all new concept stores opening plan cross both own retail and franchise stores

- Create Category Zoning Plan
- Calculate store SKU Capacity
- Create VM Demo with ISC plan
- Provide detail VM tools
- New store opening set up support
- Make store opening report
- Support Showroom Layout Plan preparation and set up
- Support VM projects and initiatives
- Create strong relationship with key stakeholders (VM Planning Team, Regional VM Implementation Team, Retail Operations Team, Buying and Allocation Team, Store Development Team, Retail Marketing Team)
- Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to store VM/OVM
- Drive VM/OVM workshop

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Able to develop store opening plan independently
- Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking
- Good communication skill
- Good interpersonal communication skill
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brand
- College degree or above
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
