JOIN OUR ADIDAS BERLIN TEAM 

Our Berlin Activiation and Comms teams connects the adidas brand to our target consumers in Berlin through a broad portfolio of commercial and cultural partners and opinion leaders. 

Our teams are working on continuously identifying city trends and conducting relevant research and focus on providing the content for regular trade zone and cultural hot spot visits. 

In Brand Activation our teams are working closely with our partners and clients, including media and influencer activations, content productions, and events Manage creative brief creation and (post) campaign evaluation.

Whether you will join our Berlin Activation and Comms team or our Brand Activations Zalando Berlin team, you will certainly be able to create engaging brand material influenced by our strong brand image combined with the influences of the vibrant city and cultures of Berlin. 

 

GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS 

 

  • Drive operational support for the Berlin Activation and Comms team, including controlling, reporting, and maintaining strategic playbooks and presentation materials.
  • Monitor social media, consumer insights, and cultural trends to inform city‑level strategies and support research needs.
  • Coordinate and manage content for trade zone visits and cultural hotspot tours, ensuring consistent quality and relevance.
  • Organize and execute administrative and logistical tasks for internal meetings, events, stakeholder visits, and on‑site support.
  • Support brand activation initiatives across media, influencer campaigns, content productions, and event execution, including creative brief development and post‑campaign evaluation.
  • Oversee operational workflows, including e.g. Brand Home maintenance, sample distribution, and delivery of marketing materials and assets.

 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH

 

  • Student of Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills and passion for numbers
  • Strong MS Office skills 
  • Passion for and interest in Sport or Lifestyle and Fashion
  • First experience in Project Management or Marketing Activations is a plus

  • Monthly gross allowance: non-compulsory internship 2.350,00€, compulsory internship 1.780,00€ (Difference due to different taxation, net will be the same)

 

ELIGIBILITY 

 

  • Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship 
  • Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
  • Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from September 2026 – March 2027
  • Ability to relocate to Berlin in Germany for the full duration of the internship
