Strategic Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders to help guide the business toward financial and strategic goals.

Transparency & Insight: Provide clear visibility of performance through cost analysis, performance tracking, and relevant KPIs.

Smart Decision-Making: Support leaders with data-driven insights that clarify how key cost and service drivers impact the business.

Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency across the organization.

Analytical Excellence: Use modern tools and financial knowledge to create solutions that deliver value and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Serve as the main TECH Finance contact for LAM countries and work closely with the regional FP&A team.

Decision Support: Strengthen decision-making by bringing transparency to OPEX and CAPEX through budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.

Financial Management:

Oversee cost objects and support owners with planning, posting, investments, and compliance.

Execute month-end closing for OPEX and CAPEX in line with IFRS standards.

Manage intangible assets to ensure accurate Net Book Value and amortization.

Business Case Excellence: Build and review investment cases, ensure data accuracy, and perform post-implementation reviews to capture key learnings.

Analytics & Reporting: Create clear communication materials, use advanced analytical tools, and manage standardized reports as well as ad-hoc analysis.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities through variance analysis, improve processes and systems, and ensure alignment with global cost definitions and accounting rules.

Project Leadership: Lead small to medium finance projects, drive implementation, and ensure sustainable impact.

Operational Ownership: Maintain smooth daily operations by managing related systems, processes, and ways of working.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Financial Expertise: Strong controlling skills in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management with IFRS knowledge.

Analytical Strengths: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Systems Proficiency: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP (controlling module) and analytics tools are a plus.

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Qualifications

Education: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, International Management, or Economics.

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, with strong skills in financial analysis, controlling, and business partnering.

Performance: Demonstrated strong academic and professional performance, with a track record of commitment and results.
