Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Act as a Charismatic Strategic Business Partner and Coach in the designated areas, executing the best HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent. This role requires a disruptive leader who acts as an extension of Group HR to ensure a consistent application of standards, while driving productivity and efficiency through AI and automation to optimize the way we work in the Retail channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnership: Maintain high-level communication with management to support business initiatives and objectives, specifically focusing on improving the way we work to align with Retail priorities.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Drive the digital transformation of HR by identifying and implementing AI solutions and automation workflows to increase the speed and efficiency of our people services.
- Large Scale Management & Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of staffing, union relations, and compensation & benefits for populations of over 500 employees are delivered timely and comply with labor legislation.
- COE Integration: Deploy initiatives from Centers of Excellence (TA, TM, and Rewards) to guarantee the efficient implementation of corporate processes.
- People Planning & Productivity: Participate in annual salary rounds and promotions in accordance with the GSMS process, while acting as a partner to the business in terms of productivity analysis.
- Team Leadership & Engagement: Promote high employee engagement through effective coaching and training. Must demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams and being a results-oriented mentor.
- Operational Excellence: Execute onboarding and offboarding processes according to company guidelines and local legal requirements.
- Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain the SAP module PPOME updated to ensure the accuracy and quality of organizational structure data.
- Talent Acquisition: Participate in recruitment processes for P-level positions to assure the quality of the process.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Disruptive & Creative: Proven ability to challenge traditional methods and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Conflict Management: Skilled in handling difficult situations and complex labor relations with a strategic and calm approach.
- Charisma & Communication: High level of influence and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in the job and fully qualified with broad theoretical and practical knowledge of company policies and practices.
- Tools & Procedures: Strong competence with various tools, procedures, and specifically automation/AI tools.
Requisite Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Management or Senior HRBP roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operations for more than 500 people.
- Experience in the Retail channel or fast-paced consumer environments.
- Proven track record of team leadership and people development.
