Manager DPC Business Analytics
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive the application of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to generate actionable business insights across markets and functions. Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Act as a strategic enabler between data science capabilities and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Analytics & Business Insights
- Design and implement machine learning models for forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and tools that integrate AI outputs with business KPIs.
- Ensure explainability and usability of AI models for non-technical stakeholders.
Data Strategy & Integration
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure access to clean, structured, and relevant data for modeling.
- Integrate internal and external data sources to enrich analytical capabilities.
- Promote data governance and ethical AI practices in model development and deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
- Partner with commercial, operations, finance, and digital teams to identify opportunities for AI application.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to increase data literacy and adoption of AI tools.
- Communicate insights and model results effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate and improve model performance, automation, and scalability.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the analytics team.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with Power BI and data storytelling
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Knowledge & Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
- Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong data storytelling skills, with a clear focus on connecting analytics to business impact
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts in simple, business-relevant terms
- Strategic thinker and collaborative mindset, capable of working with both technical and commercial teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and rigor in analysis
- Experience implementing analytics projects or processes
- People management experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Passionate about leveraging AI to drive business impact
