Manager Marketplace Integrations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a Project Manager at adidas, you will lead end-to-end, large-scale integration and enhancement programs at a regional level across countries and cross-functional teams, while leading and developing a team of project professionals with clear direction, prioritization, and accountability.

The role is business- and process-driven, going beyond execution to require strong judgment, process leadership, and stakeholder influence to shape scope, drive decision-making, and align teams in complex environments. Your objective is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the expected quality standards, while balancing consumer experience and business requirements.

You will act as a central point of leadership for stakeholders, driving resource planning, communication, and escalation, and facilitating critical conversations to unblock teams and ensure effective end-to-end outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead complex integration and enhancement projects for the Partner Program, going beyond execution to actively shape scope, direction, and decision-making from kickoff to delivery.

Act as a senior cross-functional process leader, capable of understanding and connecting operational processes across Customer Experience, Distribution Centers, Customer Service, Accounting, legal, operations, commercial and Tech to design scalable end-to-end solutions.

Drive and facilitate decision-making in cross-functional forums, especially when expert teams are misaligned or unable to reach conclusions, ensuring timely and well-informed outcomes.

Lead difficult and high-stakes stakeholder conversations, providing clear direction, challenging assumptions when needed, and aligning teams around agreed priorities and trade-offs.

Establish strong project governance (operational rhythm, escalation paths, project plans, risk management) while maintaining focus on outcomes, not just milestones.

Partner with regional and local teams to secure appropriate resourcing, proactively identifying gaps and dependencies that could impact delivery.

Incorporate marketplace realities and operational constraints into project planning to ensure solutions are pragmatic, scalable, and aligned with consumer experience expectations.
