Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Working for the North America Digital Partner Excellence team, within NAM Wholesale, the Manager Master Data will support the team by ensuring accounts can generate purchase orders and that products launch online with all the information and data that the consumer needs when shopping on our Partners websites. The goal is to ensure Partners are able to showcase our product in the most premium way possible, whether it is through product images or descriptions. Bringing product to life on a Partner’s website is an extremely rewarding element and the backbone of our Digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all initiatives across primary data team to enhance the performance of our tools, services, and processes, collaborating with global and local teams.
- Ability to identify where processes can be automated leveraging RPAs, AI enablement or enhanced data mapping to increase accuracy and speed up process timing.
- Lead business improvements and internal alignment processes generally within the accounts cross-team to enable us to manage this fast-growing and complex business efficiently and to scale.
- Work to establish specific KPIs to track our online data quality across processes and health reports that lead to concrete action plans of improvement across multiple accounts.
- Track business performance and follow up of article catalogue plan/assortment for NAM accounts by validating launch dates and partners requirements.
- Maintain and optimize product data in our vendors platform by guaranteeing the correct availability of article product content in adidas systems. Perform regular audits to ensure the partners’ websites reflect the expected data.
- Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of new item setup (NIS) and enrichment processes for our digital WHS partners (direct and Partner Program)
- Manage the article setup process with key account stakeholders, ensuring tracking and reporting elements are implemented
- Align the integration of the product data and content for adidas across the NAM Digital ecosystem. Identify and communicate localization needs by account and product.
- Lead and monitor campaign processes by aligning launch dates and product content on time availability.
- Drive synergies throughout internal and external databases, creating a comprehensive product attribute matrix
- Log content cases for all data related challenges with MOPS teams
- Align with all stakeholders on product data improvements needed to better support internal/external search, user experience or onsite navigation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Self-driven and proactive mindset to drive difficult situations and solve problems. Project management skills are desired.
- Aspirational leadership ability (direct experience preferred)
- Excellent PC & system knowledge, Visual basic, SQL, Power BI, Excel or any automation language (advanced).
- AI project management experience and digital transformation knowledge.
- Extensive problem-solving and analytical skills and have a brand-appropriate understanding driven by a solid data mindset and structured way of working.
- Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and in writing, to interact effectively and efficiently across departments, locations and levels of management
- Aptitude for learning new software applications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) C1+.
- Power Automate and Power Aps model Building knowledge is desired.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, engineer, information technology or similar discipline
- Basic knowledge in merchandising as well as basic eCommerce knowledge
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional work experience
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in online merchandising
