Manager Outbound FC
MANAGER OUTBOUND DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Lead highly effective Fulfilment Center outbound team to ensure all orders are delivered to the agreed terms service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations fostering continuous improvement Operation mindset.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and control the monthly and daily operational volume of all channels considering sales plan and fulfilment center capacity ensuring maximum optimization of the resources by close working with order fulfilment, e-com regional team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure and plan together with the 3PL (third party logistic) and transportation team the outbound resources to achieve the forecasted volumes and priorities ensuring on time and in full delivery to all customer orders.
- Plan and execute eCommerce events and service improvement initiatives or projects, ensuring orders are fulfilled and delivered meeting or exceeding consumer expectations.
- Coordinate and ensure with the 3PL and Transportation team to meet the daily requirements of all customer demands including additional requests.
- Lead, propose and implement outbound efficiency plans, coordinating all necessary tasks with 3PL (third party logistic) and main stakeholders to optimize, CPU (cost per unit), UPH, SLAs (service level agreements) and eComm KPIs (key performance indicators) ensuring all targets are achieved.
- DC project management: Monitor and follow up the Site improvement Plan (SIP) by planning, developing and implementing new, procedures & process improvements and supporting the implementation of different initiatives defined for different areas looking for cross functional and teamwork environment.
- SAP Key User, providing training and support to all FC (fulfilment center) team and leading contact with Local & Regional IT (Information Technology) to ensure all support is provided in timely manner to guarantee correct fulfilment center operation.
- Lead direct report to deliver positive operational results. Responsible to provide timely feedback, effectively coaching and empowerment with the purpose of develop Supervisor Outbound career.

- Excellent analytical skills (BI)
- Power BI user for creation and dashboard analysis

- Advance Office suite knowledge
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) and Warehouse operation processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Business or Logistics
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, leading world class operations.
- Knowledge of retail logistics operations preferred
- 2 years people management experience
- Experience using Power BI
