Manager DPC Partner Development
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Drive the implementation of innovative solutions, developed together with the Sr Partner Development Manager in LAM and by the Global Digital Partner Commerce Department to improve our online business performance for our key accounts at a regional LAM level
- Be the key point of contact for Sr DPC in each LAM country on all measures improving Digital sales in our key accounts supporting them with insights and best practices
- Driving our key accounts agenda across the LAM organization and Digital stakeholders to increase digital knowledge and experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage and monitor the scaling of our key accounts partner development learnings across markets in LAM aiming on improving adidas digital business performance, including:
- Prioritize market deployment for solution implementation
- Give implementation guidance to DPC teams in LAM aligned with LAM Sr DPC Partner Development
- Continuously monitor implementation progress and results and remove potential roadblocks
- Ensure sufficient level of customization to secure success in local market environment
- Drive implementation with prioritized [Markets] and support scaling
- Responsible for supporting Sr Partner Development in LAM on aggregating and inputting market needs scaling and optimizing operations operations in our key accounts
- Serve as the market point of contact to local DPC execution teams, providing guidelines, directions and support regarding Digital Partner Development initiatives for our key account
- Collect and share key learnings and best practices across local markets in LAM to achieve continuous improvement of all initiatives
- Collaborate on implementation on range planning in partnership with Business Analytics teams and support execution with digital account teams
- Support Sr Partner Development in LAM of testing new operating models in our key account
- Prepare reporting on progress, results and improvement areas of Digital Partner Development initiatives for our key accounts serving as liaison between Market DPC Leads, and other senior stakeholders in LAM team
- Input role to stay ahead of market and account latest trends and developments in all related to our key accounts
- Build a strong internal and external network including key industry players to further advance adidas digital commerce knowledge and promote work of DPC within the organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University degree in the field of Business, e-Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Extensive experience in E-Commerce field (e.g. Digital merchandising, Digital consumer experience and/or Digital Marketing)
- Knowledge of local E-Commerce landscape
- Extensive experience on Mercado Libre platform from the seller perspective
- Experience in managing projects involving diverse sets of stakeholders
- Experience in leading or influencing teams is a plus
- Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Ability to convince and motivate people on different seniority levels and communicate change
- Very good project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
- Experience in Digital project management and agile execution methods is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English, both verbally and written
- Portuguese is a plus
