For adidas LAM, eCommerce is a key strategic priority with an ambitious annual sales goal and the overall objective to build a further successful pillar of our commercial business model besides Retail and Wholesale. A key lever to enable the future growth plans is operational fulfillment excellence as one of the core components.

 

The Senior Manager of Digital fulfillment will be the strategic architect of the end-to-end order lifecycle across the LAM region, ensuring that every digital transaction is fulfilled with maximum efficiency—whether from a Central Distribution Center or a retail store (Ship-from-Store). Your mission is to balance customer promise (speed) with operational profitability (cost) through advanced Distributed Order Management logic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Accountable to identify and implement B2C fulfillment innovation trends based on market demand, research and consumer insights

 

  • Orchestrates the Fulfillment logic to automate intelligent routing based on cost, proximity, and SLA.

 

  • Optimizes multi-node fulfillment strategies, leveraging real-time inventory buffers to prevent overselling and minimize split shipments.

 

  • Define and establish new consumer fulfillment processes to reduce costs / complexity and to increase consumer satisfaction (CSAT / NPS)

 

  • Drives Cross-Functional Governance between Tech, Supply Chain, and Retail Ops to ensure technical scalability during the year, specially during peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber).

 

  • Be the center of excellence and first point contact on eCommerce fulfillment requests

 

  • Monitor key KPIs, SLA’s, 3pl performance and cost developments

 

  • Reporting and summarizing operational status regularly

 

  • Responsible for supporting & coordinating eCommerce Omnichannel related demands and operations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Specialist in digital ecosystem, with deep understanding of omnichannel operational knowledge.

 

  • Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge

 

  • Experience leading cross – functional teams to manage e2e digital operational ecosystem.

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 10-12 years experience

 

  • A minimum of 6 years specifically focused on Omnichannel Fulfillment, including deep involvement with Order Management Systems, Store Operations (Ship-from-Store), and Warehouse Management (WMS).

 

  • Proven track record of managing digital operation across multi-country environments within LAM, demonstrating an understanding of regional logistics and fiscal complexities.

 

  • 5+ years of experience managing specialized professional Operational teams. Must demonstrate the ability to lead Operational fulfillment processes.
